Opening Hours

Doors to the surgery from Stade Street are closed at 6pm. Access until 8pm (Mon & Tues) or 6.30pm (Weds, Thurs, Fri) is available via the staff car park to the rear of the surgery.

Telephone calls can be made to the surgery until 6:30pm.

*Late evening - pre-booked appointments are available with a GP, Practice Nurse or HCA. Please note that these late days may be changed due to moveable Bank Holidays such as Christmas/Boxing Day and New Year.  If you require medical assistance between 6.30pm and 8.00am (Monday to Friday or any time over a weekend or a bank holiday) please phone NHS 111.

NHS 111 & Protected Learning Time (PLT)

Please note that the surgery will be closed on some Wednesdays or Thursday afternoons.  This is to allow both GP's and Nurses time to attend protected learning time (usually afternoons) to update on mandatory training, clinical issues and medical education.

Patients can contact the NHS 111 system from 12.30pm on PLT Afternoons - this means that any medical problem that requires urgent attention will be triaged by NHS 111 as it would be outside of practice hours.
